Resolved Question: Selecting the time zone in Yahoo Mail Classic?

Ok, so I'm already confused on how the whole GMT thing works, to begin with. I haven't a clue on what time zone I'm in. I went to Yahoo Classic Mail Options>Calandar>General Preferences and tried many different time zone options, but my received mail still shows the wrong times. I need to see what time my messages come in. Can someone tell me how to change it to the right time zone, please?
